Frustrated...first time patient. Scheduled appointment for dental cleaning. Stated this over the phone, on the new patient forms, and while checking in this morning. Had xrays taken, saw the dentist, but was not informed they did not have hygienists and could not perform cleanings until the very end. This should be made clear to patients ahead of their visits, as I would not have come in if I couldn’t receive the cleaning.

Splendid dental on spring stuebner was by fair my best experience every at a dentist office. The whole staff made me feel like we had been friends for years and really put my mind at ease. Sherita at the front desk is really nice and always smiling. Beth kept me smiling the whole time i was there. Evelyn stop by my room just check on me. All these ladies make me want to stop by just to visit them. Dr. Chirla is REALLY GOOD!!! I was nervous when I sat in the chair because I don’t like needles at ALL!!! He told me not to worry, we are going to have fun. I couldn’t even tell he had used a needle during my crown procedures. My teeth look amazing after my visit and I no longer get nervous when I think about going to the dentist thanks to this staff.

I had an excellent experience with this office this weekend! The office manager Sherita was wonderful and she alomg with the dental assistants guided me throughly through the procedures as this was my 1st extraction. The Dentist was extremely friendly yet professional plus the cost was the best out of dozens I had quoted. Give them a try I doubt if you'll be disappointed.
