I’m fearful of going to the dentist regardless if growing up around one. I’ve changed many dentist bc of poor bedside manner, felt being “sold” on service or the the service was just not up to par.
Dr. Patel has one of the best Bedside manner! He is clearly the reason why I continue to be at FLOSS although being far. He is efficient & effective caring for my teeth and takes the time where it is needed. He makes me feel like a person rather than just another patient he sees and he sees A LOT of patients. Been to both of his Floss locations and they are both very attentive and accommodating. They provide options for various service provided at the office, but there is no pressure at all. Caring for what what is essential is his priority. Everyone I’ve met takes their time, apparently professional but not in a mechanical way that feels like you’re having a real conversation. I’ve yet to feel rushed here with my many questions about oral care. They take care of my teeth before it gets to bad rather than some dentist will “accidentally” overlook a tooth that is at risk and it cost more to have it fixed. They want to keep every tooth healthy. Service today was easy, effective and top notch! Kudos to My hygienist & the assistant (I’ve seen this last 2 times) they were great at cleaning my teeth, didn’t skimp on the products, cleaned me when needed, didn’t leave me a mess like other places and answered my questions well. I hope to always feel this way about Dr. Patel’s office and staff.

Floss Dental at Town Center is AMAZING! I’ve been coming here for 5+ years. Moved to Spring, but still come here for my routine cleaning/ check ups. Dr. Vi, Dr. Patel, dental hygienists, and the staff are all great! They always make me feel at ease and make sure I’m comfortable. Always educating, are caring, and are very friendly. Wait times are not long at all. Best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life (coming from a person who’s very nervous when it comes to dentists/ treatments).

We have been using Floss in Sugar Land for about 8 years and every visit has been a very pleasant experience!! Dr Patel and his staff are absolutely awesome!! Everyone is super friendly and they take the time to converse with their clients like friends instead of customers. If anyone is looking for a great dentist that treats you with respect and consideration, this definitely the place to go.
