Smiles at Telfair Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

After 25 years, it was time to find a new dentist and so I turned to Google, hoping that the reviews would be reflective of the experience I would get. Based upon my online research, I chose Smiles At Telfair and Dr. Hussain. I could not be happier. Marci made it easy to verify my insurance, Danielle was "gentle" with me as she placed the mouthpiece in for the x-rays and Dr. Hussain was thorough and took time to explain everything. Her motto is "why should she keep everything she knows in her head..., it's better if her patient knows too!" The care was superb. I highly recommend Smiles at Telfair! Excellent care by an exceptional team.

Doctor Insiya you are awesome and you have a very awesome team from front desk to your assistant. I am happy and feel safe at your clinic. You made my visit so calm, painfree, made easy for tooth extraction. Ofcourse last but not to the least you playing indian music helped me not to think about the pain. Thank you so much.

For those who find dentist horrible this place is the complete opposite.

It’s such a clean facility, the doctor is so professional and she is so patient, the staff ( tonda ) is by far the BEST I could have ever imagined. While I was there due to an extraction I can honestly say this was the best experience I could have imagined!

She did excellent job for me. I had a severe infection on one of my teeth and my face was swollen. She made an exception for me to open her office on Sunday. Both doctors were very professional and provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend anyone to this dental office.

I never thought an appointment at the dentist could feel like such an inviting and welcoming experience at a cozy hotel! Karli at the front greeted my mom and I with warm smiles and was extremely helpful during our checkout as well. Laila and Dr. Sadaf Maknojia treated me for my cleaning and they truly are sweeter than candy! It was like catching up with friends... that I’ve never met before, haha. The entire facility was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and well kept. Laila and Dr. Sadaf Maknojia both gave me great and unique advice as to how to keep my teeth clean and taken care of. You’d think that going to dentists your whole life, you know it all right? Nope! The times that they have available for your appointments as well are extremely flexible which is much appreciated with the schedule of students and parents. I wouldn’t think twice before recommending Smiles at Telfair to anyone. An experience to remember, for sure!

Dr. Hussain and her staff gave me a great dental experience. The office is very well maintained and the equipment is clean and new. My visit for check-up and cleaning was pleasantly quick and painless. Dr. Hussain patiently answered my questions and did not recommend procedures that I did not need. I would highly recommend Smiles at Telfair to anyone looking for top quality dental care!

I don’t remember ever saying I had a good experience at a dentist office. In the past I would shutter at the thought of what type of pain I would endure and often talk myself out of even going. Dr Tan, at Smile at Telfair, was the lucky one to get me and the 2 crown and one bridge job I needed. First time I ever got “laughing gas” and I don’t know why other dentist didn’t suggest it for me in the past??? I walked out from a 3 hour procedure with a smile on my face! Doc was great, bridge looks great, everyone was so sweet, and I even went back for a cleaning 6 months later with no cavities!! Amazing : )

I will definitely give 5 stars to this place. Dr.Maknojia has a lot of knowledge and I think she loves what she do, that makes it very perfect job for her. Her handling is very delicate and didn't hurt me a bit even though I have very sensitive teeth.

I had a problem with a crown that was causing food to get lodged between the teeth. Dr. Husain diagnosed the problem by placing a new crown. She was very meticulous by making sure the clearances between the new crown and other tooth were absolutely spot on. Dr. Husain was excellent in explaining the process and making sure I understood what was being done. I haven’t had any problems with new crown. Dr. Husssain is a true professional and takes much care and pride in doing a great job! I recommend making her your Dentist!

The best dental place in all of Sugar Land! Dr. Hussain, Dr. Maknojia, and the team are excellent. I was seen by Dr. Maknojia in my most recent visit. I was experiencing pain and extreme sensitivity prior to my appointment. Dr. Maknojia worked with me, was thorough, and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!
