I was very pleased with my experience at Tomball Smiles. I normally do not look forward to the dentist and anticipating this visit was no different. When I got there I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Paul. I was informed they will be right out to get me, I literally started to sit down and they called me back. It was nice to go straight back and not have to wait in the waiting room. Danielle helped me take X-rays and do the preliminary stuff. She was nice, very informative and really open to answering my questions and working with me through the X-rays. The hygienist who did my cleaning and the Dentist, both had great bedside manner. They were patient with me and explained everything. They were completely open to working with me, as I needed to get some work done but I couldn’t get it all done at one time. They took the time to explain everything and walk me through options. Together we developed a plan for me to get everything done in a manageable amount of time and money. The entire staff was fantastic, the Dentist, the hygienist, the techs, Danielle, and Paul who greeted me, helped with scheduling and billing, everyone was fantastic! I’m making Tomball Smiles my regular dentist. Thank you Tomball Smiles!

From the moment the receptionist said hello, my visit was exceptional. I was checked in timely and there was as no waiting. The technician who took my x-rays and prepared me for the dentist was friendly and proficient, as was the dentist. Tiffany, who cleaned my teeth, was gentle and friendly and explained what she was doing at each step. I highly recommend Tomball Smiles Dentistry.

I've been to the dentist quite a bit lately, so have gotten pretty familiar with this site. These guys are great! Very friendly and professional staff. Everyone seems highly skilled. Dr. Godoy is great! I highly recommend this dentist!
Let me just add this is basically an all new staff for this location. If you've had a bad experience here before, I'd come back and let the new crew show you how it's done right!

Paul and Emily make Dentists visits fun again! The receptionist was extremely friendly as well. My Doctor was kind and informative. I never felt pain nor pressure. Emily actually made the x ray process enjoyable. Paul is a 5 star operations manager. He is very patient and is all about giving the patient options . The entire office has professional but not stuffy vibe. Must be a great place to work because it was an amazing place to get my teeth hooked up! Cheers! Job well done!

We were so happy with our visit to Tomball Smiles. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The dental hygienist, Tiffany did a wonderful. My 12 hr old daughter had a great experience because of the care she received. Tiffany answered all our questions and addressed our concerns about dental care. Great experience overall. 👍

They are AMAZING! Called today for a filling that came out over the weekend and they were able to see me in today and refilled my filling in minutes! The whole staff were so nice and fun to talk too!! I would never say this about a dentist but I can’t wait to go back!!

In previous years, I’ve had a not so great experiences with dentists and the feeling of, “are you interested in my overall well-being or money?” Today, I left feeling great, the dentist took the time to answer my questions and gave future alternatives instead of wanting to fix now what doesn’t need to be fixed. I highly recommend Dr. Hector Godoy, he is in the business of patients overall well-being.
Oh and I can’t forget the staff! They were welcoming, nice, and informative.

UPDATE: I did receive a call from them and they are working to get my billing issue fixed. There is a new manager there and he is hiring a new team and working to improve the business. I am going to give them another try because he reached out to me and took the time to hear my feedback. I will update my review again once my bill is taken care of and after my next visit in January 2023.

Don’t know if I will go here again. My service was OK- a little rough and they were not all the nicest. My biggest complaint is billing. They did not bill my insurance at all. I got a $160 bill in the mail for routine cleaning. I called immediately and they said they would get back to me, nothing. Then a month later I got a letter from COLLECTIONS for this!! I called again and they were nice but said someone else had to call me back. Again nothing. Got the bill again this week.. tried to call twice and now they just have an automatic messaging thing that claims they got your info and someone will call you back. I think I will have to show up in person to get anything resolved… don’t recommend, especially based on other recent reviews. Time to find another one

When we walked in the office door we immediately felt very comfortable. The staff is very nice, the office manager Paul makes you feel like family as do the rest of the office staff. Dr. G is wonderful he takes the time to answer all your questions. I would very highly recommend this office.

I can’t rave enough about Tomball Smiles! The entire staff from Bryan at the front desk to the sweet assistants and especially Dr Godoy and Dr Thompson! I had my first root canal and it was a breeze! They were so kind and gentle! If you need any dental work done Tomball smiles is the place to go!
