Aspen Dental

Going to Aspen Dental was the absolute worst dental experience I have ever had. I went there to get fillings. First of all the dentist, who i don't remember his name but he was an indian guy and he didn't do a good job at the beginning because I still felt the pain. So he had to go in to numb me again. Once the dentist was done I went home and the pain never went away. My mouth was still hurting days afterwards, I couldn't eat any solid foods which made me lose about 20 lbs. I eventually went back to Aspen and saw another dentist and I believe his name was Dds Bradley. I told him Ibelieve I might have an abscess. He took x-rays and said I didn't have one and tried to refer me to a pain management dept which I declined. I eventually had to go back to my old dentist who was now out of network to get a x-ray. Of course my old dentist did a x-rays and actually showed me where the abscess was. I was so upset that Aspen Dental was so incompetent and unprofessional. I would NEVER go back to them or refer them to anyone. The place should be condemned!!!

My husband had a great experience! Making the appointment online was super easy. He was in a lot of pain and we were able to get an appointment on the same day. The wait to be seen the first time was long but it was worth it. When he went back for his extraction he was seen earlier than his appointment time and was in and out in no time! The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. My husband was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The doctor was awesome in explaining everything thoroughly so my husband could understand what needed to happen. We need more staff like this one!

It had been 6 years since I had been in a dentist office. My husband passed away in June 2015 and the last thing on my mind was to go to the dentist. Four months into the quarantine my right front tooth broke off right at the root. I tried to get in to see a dentist but I got the same reaction from each dentist I called. I cannot help you at this time.
I decided that since I had no pain I would just wait. After several months had passed I decided to try seeing a dentist again and I called Aspen Dental. They accepted my insurance and offered me an appointment within a few days.
It took several appointments to get my teeth back in good shape with the help of crowns. I am waiting for two implant devices to heal completely so I can be fitted with with my last 2 teeth.
The staff at Aspen Dental are kind, patient and understanding. Everything was explained as we went along so I had no doubt as to what was being done. I have already recommended Aspen Dental to my friends and family. Aspen Dental put my needs first and that gesture spoke volumes to me.

I visited Aspen Dental to repair an issue I had with a crown. They stood behind the work and took care of my repair quickly. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I love my dentist and the entire team. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. ♥️🙌

My experience was so much better than I thought it’d be. I have extreme anxiety whenever I see the dentist. My dental assistant was so kind and caring, as well as my dentist. Everything was throughly explained to me, which was very nice. The most important part of this experience was my root canal was finally done properly. I had gone to another dental office previously, they didn’t do a good job…simply put.

Professionalism was demonstrated from the time I walked in the door.

Horrible experience & customer service. I was in a wreck almost 6 months ago and had a tooth removed. The surgery was painful. The flipper denture I’ve been wearing since is crooked. I am embarrassed about my appearance & I can’t eat around others because I would have to take the denture out in front of them. I had an appointment to have my dental implant installed ( had this appointment for months) & had to reschedule because the doctor is not going to be there. I took of time off from work to have this appointment. I was told by “Whitney” that I could be mad after stating my frustration. Overall this experience has been a living nightmare. I have called corporate.

This visit was very odd. The lady at the front desk told me, right up front before I told her that I had insurance, the dollar amount. She hadn’t even ran my insurance yet so I felt that was a bit odd. Then she kept saying the dollar amount if the insurance doesn’t cover it; I’m not too sure why they wouldn’t but it was annoying. I hope she was just having a bad day… the rest of the visit was amazing! Loved them! But it’s just the front desk lady.

Very happy with my repair of my tooth. I like Dr Vo very much and she did a great job!

Had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the day I called. While this is not typically the case for them I am so glad they were able to. I have some not so good stuff going on with my teeth and never once was I made to feel bad about myself. Everyone wanted to help. Everyone cared. I’ve never felt so much support from a medical staff. Aspen Dental in Tyler is the place to be. Thank you everyone who helped me today! From the bottom of my heart.

The staff was really nice and pleasant but exam rooms don’t have doors and there is zero patient privacy. The guy that was sitting next to me in the lobby was in the exam room next to mine. I now know he has periodontitis, why he came to the dentist initially when the last time he was at the dentist literally their entire story.. what his allergies were and where he lives… not to mention the scheduler kept flashing patient information on his screen which included why other people including names and why they were coming in. Like I said very nice people but definitely don’t want other random patients and staff able to stare at me and hear my medical information while I’m in an exam chair.
