Franklin Dental Center in Tyler

I'm never sure about going to a dentist. This appointment was to get a new denture plate made. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were amazing. When I went back for x-rays I was just as pleased with the young girl who took them. Now i get to meet Dr. Pitts, absolutely love her. Then here comes the young man to make impressions. I would definitely recommend Franklin Dental to anyone that needs a dentist.

I love this Dentist office. The Dentist seems to take the time to care about you personally and Dara cleans your teeth thoroughly and gently. She is conscientious and very personable. The best experience every time!

A very nice clean office. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very sweet and explain how things worked out and they're willing to work with you if the cost is higher than you can pay then. Nice folks.

I have heard amazing things about this dentist but yet to meet him/her. I find them very unorganized. I never received my paperwork till fill out they had me sit outside till five minutes after my appointment time then brought me in the people were very sweet, super soft speakers I’m hard of hearing so it was difficult for me to to understand them talking so soft.. finally get to back and they did X-rays which they said was difficult to do after waiting an hour and still no dentist I had to reschedule to go back to work because was not planned to sit there all afternoon for them to watch prices right… I understand making scenery comfortable for clients but without tv show they could actually work and get more done.. now I have to wait till April to see what Dentist says I’m sure they can see how infected it is and they haven’t even called in any antibiotics… I’m very disappointed with this place right now maybe after I see dentist I will fill different but as of now my review stands I will update when necessary

Staff was very friendly but seemed nervous and untrained. I'm 47 years old and have been to 7 or 8 different dentists in my life, from Texas to California to Oregon. Anytime I've ever scheduled a new consult with any dentist, It's always included a cleaning. I guess you have to ask for that now. My new patient appointment at Franklin included the dentist coming back and spending 5 minutes with me, poking around a bit and then scheduling me for an unnecessary $500+ dollar out of my pocket deep teeth cleaning. I got nothing done that visit except new x-rays which is standard. I know enough to know I didn't need that level of cleaning. It was an upsell for sure. Definitely will not be going back

Very friendly and professional, they took me right in when I called. Had a very paid tooth ache. The Dr. Told what was going on after my X-ray and prescribed what I need. Schedule me to start treatment. I really appreciate them for taking good care of me…🤗🙏🏾🥰

Honestly it was terrible. I originally scheduled an exam and cleaning 2 months ago. And it got rescheduled from 12/5 (due to jury duty, which I understand). But the scheduler called me and said I can reschedule for 12/6 at 9am. So I arranged a baby sitter and everything. I got to my appointment and everything was fine. They did my X-rays and the doctor did the exam. I assumed my cleaning would be after and she said no, I need to schedule that. (At this point I’m furious!!) I told her when I scheduled I schedule exam,X-rays and cleaning. She said well, since we rescheduled she only rescheduled me for a X-rays and exam. The communication was very poor! The staff was ok, not super friendly and very much not informative….. I will most likely not going back for a cleaning

Everyone there made me feel like I was at home. I was waiting on Dr Pitts to come in to talk to me and while waiting on her I fell asleep. And she is such a sweet lady I really think I am going to enjoy going to that dentist office I would recommend her to everyone

I would advise that no one go here for any services. First of all their office guy said is very unorganized. He scheduled me up an appointment for March 6 then when I call to verify, he said he didn’t remember scheduling it I get there the day of the rescheduling, and then he claims that he can’t get in the system for my insurance company after he had me to sit there for an hour I took off from work to come all the way from Henderson to Tyler for the appointment. They’re rude and very unprofessional. I will never go there again and I advise all to stay away from there.

Dr. Franklin was so friendly. She made me feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend her to anyone needing a great dentist.
