We went there for retainers. I asked in advance if they did them "in house" and they told me yes. We told them in ADVANCE that my daughter is missing 2 teeth. Well, long story short - they DON'T do them "in house" - or at least didn't do ours there - they came right out of the box/mailer when we went back to be fitted - weeks later. The retainers were cheap, poorly done and just a complete waste of both time and money. We needed "pontics" or fake teeth to replace missing laterals on either side of her front teeth - these things were so poorly done and cheaply made, the "fakes" were less than HALF of the size of her natural front teeth...their solution was a daub on a blob of glue added to them...which, not too surprisingly, fell right off on the way home. The things were so ill-fitting, they were useless - the top was too tight and uncomfortable to wear - it was totally useless - and the bottom would literally fall out if she so much as tried to speak. The two retainers were overpriced, cheaply made and a complete waste of money. We drove all the way back to Denton to have our old dentist re-make them for us rather than take a chance on another disaster like this one. Got them done in one visit - fitted the same day and made IN HOUSE. Anyone can get those cheap "thru the mail" things done themselves. Why would anyone pay someone else - especially when they couldn't even manage - to take the impressions when you can do them yourself online for 75.00? Regrettable. Will never go back. Would not recommend them for anything.
