Gentle Dental Care of Tyler

Gentle Dental care has been taking care of my family for decades. It's a blessing to have the quality,care, and expertise that these dentists exhibit into their practice. They're staff is amazing and friendly. It's smiles and genuine care from the time you walk in the door from their staff. Recently I've had to make my way back for some extensive bridgework and I have been pleased with my experiences. If you're ever looking for a dental practice you can trust and count on, I'd put my paycheck on these guys.

So happy with my experience! Dr. Gerber & staff have been so friendly and helpful! They were able to get me in same day for an exam, ending up getting my cleaning done while there too, called the next morning to schedule the work I needed done and was able to get in that same day! I will NEVER find another dental office. I definitely have found my forever dental home. I’ve never been comfy with any other dentist until I found Dr Gerber. My visit was so easy and I love how the explain their procedures to ease my anxiety. They made sure that their priority was for me to be comfortable throughout the procedure. Oh and did I mention this was only a an exam and then they pushed me in for a cavIty filling THAT SAME DAY!!!! I love how amazing this office is. I’m grateful for every single one of the staff members here❤️

I had a great experience with Gentle Dental. I was having an issue with a tooth and needed to get seen as a new patient. They got me an appointment the same day and I was in and out in less than an hour! Dr. Gerber was very kind and explained things very well. His staff were all very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am beyond impressed with this dental practice. The staff was very accommodating. I called around 8:30 in the morning because my wisdom tooth was bothering me and they got me in at 9:20 and I’m back to work at 10:30. They sent me home with a care package and instructions.
Dr. Gerber is so kind, friendly and walked me through the process step by step.

Absolutely the best dental care out there! Everyone is super friendly! From the Front Desk girls to Dr. Simons to Ashley (the dental assistant with me) who talked with me as if we were old friends. They definitely put me and my wishes first and I just can’t say enough great things about them. They even gave me gifts as a new customer, a thank you for choosing them. And I will continue to choose Gentle Dental Care for all my dental needs!

They are so kind and reassuring. Everyone I spoke to treated me with compassion and patience. I've stayed away from the dentist for awhile due to my fear of them, but this office has made my experience much better. Looking forward to using them for years to come.

Walking in this office was refreshing and welcoming. Every one was so nice and prepared for my arrival. I saw Zackery Simone DDS, he was well groomed and his demeanor was just like the name GENTLE. I have extreme anxiety and they were so nice and respectful. I will definitely be back and thank you guys again…

Gentle Dental has a great team and I felt well taken care of! Dr. Simons is fantastic and can take care of any dental concern you may have whether it be cavities, sensitivity concerns, cheek biting, root canals, etc. Great care and great folks!
