My expierence with Doct Herod is exemplary. His attitude, professionalism and attention to details and the way he expains what I need for future work is very easily to understand . Recently my dental insurance would not pay a claim. I made an appt with Office Manager and to my suprise she has sent in several appeals and is working on the 3rd appeal. I feel that this issue will be taken care of. Also I would like to add the staf is very friendly and professional.

i have along with my new dentist here in cctx have tried to get xrays to finish my daughter braces. They will not answer our calls return messages and send a letter stating they do not have xrays for my child. This is bad business mad xrays should never have been done away with. I will keep reporting. I have to pay cash money for my childs braces.
