My babies and I enjoy our visits. The waits are never to long. The staff is amazing and are always greeting my children with beautiful smiles. The new Dr., Dr Chu is great, both my babies were comfortable with him and all smiles while he took care of their baby teeth. Love it there!

I have no complaints about the dentist or person at the check in. They were great; however, the other associates I came in contact with need to be addressed. People are already nervous when at the dentist without coming in contact with associates that act like they hate being there. No customer skills. As a matter of fact, I witnessed the one female associate ignoring the dentist when he was attempting to hand her a file and she kept doing what she was doing until he had to make her take the folder. The other associate that does the referrals has no customer skills. When I asked if the endodontist took my insurance she told me she didn’t know and I could get a loan. She told me that I would need to call them and ask.
My wife and I were both in management and understand how hard it is to manage and find people that want to work with the skills needed especially in todays world.

No stars very disappointed 😥 waited an hour in front waiting to get to the back get there wait another 30 minutes so they can say they didn't call my insurance to see what I qualify for so I scheduled an appointment a week ago and you guys wait until the day of my appointment to tell me what you haven't done yet that's ridiculous especially when I'm coming in from out of town and you guys get am attitude with me like I did something wrong then too top it off no apology whatsoever
