Love this place so far dr.carlos is the best he's very calm patient and he's great with the little ones! My daughter is autistic and allows him to help her she's comfortable with them the staff is sweet and always keeps you aware ! And the AC is a plus lol

Girls at front desk should be cross trained to help customers and answer questions. After my appointment I was told to wait - 15 minutes later I was told I didn’t need to. I missed an important meeting.

The office was clean & the AC was cold! Which was good because it was very humid & hot today. The assistants that did my girls teeth were mental & nice. My 5 yr old son however wasn't so cooperative so they referred. They did try to be patient with him. The actual dentist didn't seem to have patients with my son but he was great with my girls! They had no problems with him. All in all the visit was good. We've been patients there for years and seem lots of dentist come & go. We be going back! Two 👍's up!❤😁

I give it 1 star just to not give it a 0. They keep changing their dentist, making us keep changing providers. They cancel your appointments frequently because there is no one available to do cleanings. I been going since my kids were 6 months old. The office staff and dentists are new to when I started going, the office staff are very rude to where they don't give you a school note. Don't talk back to one of them or they will reschedule your appointment til the following 2 months. Oh and don't ask for a complaint form because they'll act like they're out of them. To the office lady sitting in front a bit of advice..stop wearing those fake big eyelashes. You look very unprofessional with purple eyelashes. Please reglue them or take them off. This place is a joke. I'll take my business elsewhere. You need to learn good manners and how to treat people. Your making the dentist lose money. Get it together.

There are no long waits. The staff is friendly and helpful. You walk out knowing exactly what is going on with your teeth and advice on how you should forward with your dental hygiene care. They go beyond and above to make sure you are not exposed to any germs. I love the idea that when you check in you are offered a clean pen jar and after you finish with the instrument there is a jar marked DIRTY. What a brilliant idea.

I was having really intense tooth pain that spread to my ear, face, and head. It began on a Friday, which meant that I had to endure this misery for 3 days until I could call a dentist who would take me in on Monday. Many of the places I called were unable to see me without an appointment, but Golden Crescent told me to head there right away and they could see me immediately. I was seen by Dr. Carlos Bernal who was amazing. As I sat crying in his chair and telling him about my pain, he said that he had just enough time to pull it out if I wanted to, but, if not, he could schedule me for a root canal at a later date. I told him just to pull the darn thing right then and there. The procedure was superrr quick and easy. It’s been a week since my tooth extraction, and the hole where the tooth was once has healed without any complications whatsoever. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Thank you Dr.Bernal and GC staff!! ❤️
