All of the ladies were quick, efficient and most of all friendly and accommodating. I had my two toddlers with me with no other help, and the staff were extremely sweet in talking with them, being patient, and caring. They gave them coloring pages and it made me feel at ease knowing that it wasn’t a hassle. I can’t thank them enough!

My daughter called me today crying because she took my granddaughter to the dentist who literally gets a 5 minute check up for a 2 year old. She arrived 10 minutes early and an hour later was still waiting to be seen. She then asked why she hasn’t been seen when she could see everyone eating in the break room. The lady said well we can reschedule you. She said no get the doctor I want my daughter to be seen and the lady continued to reschedule her and walk her out.
I called the office and asked who I could talk to about this and they put me on hold. They came back and said they would have someone return my call. I said they will return my call today. She said well I can’t promise. I said no I want someone to return my call today. She said I’m hanging up now. I said who is the owner? And I was hung up on. If this is how this office treats its patients and inquiring customers they should get some training in customer service! Shame on them!!!
