I have a positive experience every single time I visit the office. All of the staff is so kind and informative. 10 out of 10 recommend to anybody who gets anxious when visiting the dentist. The people at Heart of Texas Smiles always makes me feel comfortable!

Such great technological wizardry in this office. I had a crown done by Dr. Lassiter, whom I was very impressed with and would highly recommend. Very nice they make the crown in-office so I didn't need to have a temporary placed in my mouth and need to come back for a permanent one. It was all done the same day.
How sweet it is. Walked out of the office with a full crown the same day. Also impressed with the very friendly and likeable staff.

This was my first visit to a dental office in over thee years and my first visit to Heart of Texas Smile General and Cosmetic Dental Clinic. My visit consisted of an examination including x-rays and photos of teeth and gums by Maria and examination and consultation with Dr Cobb to discuss the findings. Dr. Cobb found everything to be satisfactory except an amalgam filling that had broken from the side of one of my teeth. Dr. Cobb ask me if I was experiencing pain or discomfort and I told him I had neither pain nor discomfort. He advised I should be fine to to do nothing at this point since it wasn't visible when I smile or he could repair with a crown. Aside from the amazing professionalism during my visit, it was most enlightening to experience the lack of pressure on me to have dental work that wasn't necessary at this time. After the exam I had a consultation with Robin in the Insurance Department. The visit with Robin was the most professional and detailed analysis, in print, explaining my financial responsibility vs the Insurance responsibility, I was also given optional payment plans to consider. I elected to have the crown replacement done which will be done in one visit. I am totally impressed with Dr Cobb and his staff.

I had not been to see a dentist for 40 years since I had my braces taken off in high school. I had a molar that was really hurting so I made an appointment with the dentist my sons have used for over 10 years. Very nervous but brave. I was greeted warmly in their new facilities. Waited only a few minutes. Taken back to have X-rays and then the dentist came in to explain everything. Oh My Gosh! He took time to explain everything to me...my gums were good, my bones were healthy and teeth looked good. He had no reason to spend that much time with me but he did and I'm so thankful. I'll be back for teeth cleaning and start using a water pik to keep my wisdom teeth clean. ( A wisdom tooth was the problem.) THANKS to all of the staff at Heart of Texas Smiles! Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience; and I have never been one to say that about a dental experience. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist- but not here! Everyone was very kind and respectful. Cleanings in the past have been painful and uncomfortable, but here it was almost enjoyable. If I would have only ever gone to this facility, I would never have had anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend.

I had not gone to the dentist for almost 13 years because of anxiety. I felt very comfortable with Dr Rivacoba and Dr Lassiter. I ended up getting all my teeth pulled and permanent dentures. The whole staff is amazing. Now I have my grandson getting orthodontic treatment there. The most awesome people on the planet! I love my teeth!

I felt welcomed and comfortable the second I was greeted at the counter. I am very excited to start my journey to a healthy mouth and smile here!! Dr. Lassetter is phenomenal and a true blessing to Waco with her expertise in the dental field! Dental care has given me anxiety in the past, but now I feel like I’m in good hands ☺️

This was my first visit with Dr. Rivacoba and I was exceptionally pleased with his gentle approach to tooth extraction…it didn’t hurt at all. He was patient and helped create a treatment plan that was tailored to my unique problems. He and all the team are very kind and compassionate. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jennifer has been our dental hygienist for years now! Not only does she take wonderful care of us, but she is super friendly, welcoming and gentle. Dr. Lassetter is relatable, kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. Plus, the new state-of-the-art office is amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Heart of Texas Smiles!
