Staff is all very friendly. I spent years afraid to go back to the dentist after a horrible experience somewhere else, but this office made me feel so much better about it. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Heart of Texas Smiles for the last 5 years and I cannot say enough about the support my family has received from the whole team! From the people who schedule the appointments, to the person who runs the insurance claims, to the hygienists to the Doctors - everyone is very professional and our dental and orthodontic care is such a breeze! I highly recommend Heart of Texas Smiles for your family's dental care!

I really just can't say enough good things about this place. I've been deathly afraid of going to the dentist my whole life. I never smiled due to a lack of confidence. Dr. Cobb and his staff is just phenomenal. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr. Cobb gave me my confidence back, and coincidentally gave me my life back. I would, and will, recommend this office to anyone who wants a real human interaction without feeling judged or shamed, and get excellent work done on their teeth. I don't even mind going to the dentist anymore...

Dr. Lassetter and her staff are amazing. I no longer live in Waco, but I make the 2 hour drive down because I won't go anywhere else! They are so personable and make you feel so comfortable.

I am so relieved to have found Heart of Texas Smiles! I have so much fear surrounding the dentist but they all put me at ease and I was blown away with the level of care I received! Excellent trauma informed care and patient-centered approach! I walked in literally shaking and on the edge of tears and left feeling like I was ready conquer my fears because I finally had a team of people who could support me not push me around just to make some money. Best experience I've had in a very long time! Being in the military, my family and I move around so much and dealt with multiple military and civilian dentists throughout the country. So glad that we chose to go with Dr. Cobb and his staff at Heart of Texas Smiles. Very professional and accommodating staff, the entire facility is very neat and a relaxing place to be in. Above all, the quality and manner of how the work was done, is just leaps and bounds ahead of the other practices I've experienced in the past. My wife used to be afraid of the dentist but not anymore. The whole office is friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Cobb is very calming and personable. Everyone is quick to listen to your concerns and answer questions. We would highly recommend this place A++!

I had been a patient of Dr. Ron Evans for as long as I can remember. I always hated going to the dentist but loved seeing Dr. Evans. I was fearful of seeing a new dentist after Dr. Evans retired but I had no choice because I needed a crown and a cavity filled 🤦‍♀️ and I would have much rather been shoveling cow manure. My experience with Dr. Lassetter and her assistant Kim was amazing. I never thought you could have fun getting a crown and a cavity filled. They were fun, professional and adorable and you can tell they love what they do. I’m in good hands Dr. Evans. I miss you like crazy but your practice is still delivering the excellent care you gave me. I’m not dreading my next visit.. 😊. Thank you Kristy and Gail for always taking care of me too. Love you all!
