First time at this dental office and very dissatisfied and bothered with the services. My youngest was hurt while getting a simple routine done. To the point where I had to stop the girl from doing what she was doing. My son was in tears, and in discomfort. The outside of his mouth had bruises from the incorrect manner the nurse was doing the work. Also the communication was mind blowing.
A simple cleaning turned into my last visit. I wished they done better job at communicating with the paren, making sure the patient was not being hurt and taking action to correct any issues.
Also the reviews are off to me. As the office has a “Give us a good review and you’ll get a T-shirt”. So silly, but maybe that’s why they get the reviews and not for quality service.

I absolutely love Family Smiles! They are so patient and extremely nice! My toddler isn’t the greatest when it comes to going to the dentist but they take their time and don’t rush him. They wait until he calms down to do what they have to do. I absolutely love all of the staff and specially the doctor!

Everybody was very courteous and very nice. My wait time was very short and I was impressed at the timing of the whole cleaning went really well. I had a great experience and I really liked the dentist and all the staff I will definitely stay with this group

This was my second time going for an extraction! The staff is always friendly and professional and they even put my favorite volcano documentaries on the tv to relax me while I awaited my extraction! I don’t get to the dentist often bc I don’t have insurance or extra funds to tend to my health, but when I do go this is my favorite dentist in town !! I highly recommend their services 💖

She is very knowledgeable, helped relieve my pain in minutes. She worked hard to make me comfortable and pain free. She was able to get out two teeth that the other dentist couldn’t. Thank you u!
