The staff is very friendly and nice and so was the dentist however when i made the appointment i was told they accept Delta Dental Insurance when in fact they really do not. So i get there for my cleaning, xrays and checkup and after having xrays i'm brought a piece of paper showing me what i will owe should i get the cleaning. WOW. it was very expensive and of course i've already gone through xrays and told what i needed so they kind of trap you in to going forward b/c you're already in the chair. They did not file a claim to bill directly. I had to pay up front and wait for a reimbursement. They said they had to mail in the paperwork to Delta (instead of doing this electronically) and i'd receive a check in the mail. This has still yet to happen. There was no paperwork showing me what i needed to have done. The dentist did a video of my mouth and then sent me a short clip. I was not impressed by this. I wanted to see what the breakdown was on paper and i had to ask for this. Needless to say, i found a different dentist that actually does accept Delta and take care of all the billing. Overall, i was very VERY disappointed with this experience. The Dental Hygienist was outstanding. The staff and dentist again were very friendly, otherwise i'd give half a star.

Extremely happy with the whole visit. My crown fell out and I was seen the same day. Dr. Novak talked through all options with me and I opted to get treatment at the same time. The price was surprising low. This was not my first dentist I tried in Weatherford and wasn't comfortable staying with the "My Dentist" office. But I'm glad I tried Beacon dentistry and will stick with them from now on.

Dr. Novak is very passionate about his work as a dentist. He goes above and beyond to ensure quality work. He takes his time and shows his dedication to makes sure your teeth look great. He has done wonders for my teeth and I would recommend Dr. Novak to anyone. His staff is also super amazing and nice. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I would choose Novak and his team above any other dental office..

My dentist of 10 years moved away so I began to look for a dentist that was local. Beacon Dentistry had many favorable reviews so I decided to give them a try. I now know why so many people enjoy coming here. All the staff was very caring and friendly. My hygienist Leslie did a wonderful job and I met Dr. Johannsen which was great! I will definitely be going back!

Very nice staff. I loved Dr. Novak he was cool. Had a great vibe and very interested in my needs and expectations. The hygienist that I had was a fill in, she was ok, she did a great job at cleaning my teeth, but she wasn’t too happy that I couldn’t lay all the way back in the dental chair because of my anxiety. She kept telling me to lift my chin up and my chin/ head wouldn’t go any further. It was kind of annoying and she forgot my fluoride treatment. But the office made it right so I’m going back to get my treatment since it’s in my plan. Other than that I like this dental office and I will be making a second return.

Great place. My partner was having bad wisdom tooth pain, we waiting all weekend and on Monday, this place got us in asap and removed the tooth the same day. Thank you Beacon Dentistry!!
