Everyone there was so kind! My 4 year old hasn’t had his first dental cleaning yet and when we went in there, Jana took the time to show and explain everything to him. Her goal was to make the dentist a positive experience. I appreciated it so much!

I placed an urgent call for a toothache on a Monday morning and was seen at 9 a.m. The staff quickly took an X-ray and I saw Dr. Johannsen. I was finished and on my way home in 20 minutes! Even though the visit was short, everyone was very thorough and very thoughtful.

I chipped a tooth and had to find a local dentist to have it repaired because of the pain. I was beyond nervous and had not been to a dentist in many years due to a previous horrible experience. I am so glad to have found Dr. Novak. Not only did I feel comfortable during my visit, I felt confident enough to schedule a follow-up cleaning! I have visited their office twice and had wonderful experiences both times. The staff are relaxed and understanding with patients like me, and they really take it slow, explain everything before they do it, and offered breaks anytime I needed it.

Chipped my tooth on a Saturday- Dr. Novak was so nice & good to me and got me in ASAP. Wife was so sweet as well. -Follow up appt was great from the staff Alisa & Dr. J. (Just everyone there) what really impressed me was the follow up card & call Dr. Novak sent, let’s me know he truly cares for his patients. Not everyday do you find good customer service like this. Liked everyone so much we have also decided to switch our services to Beacon!
