I had a great experience from the front of the office to the back. Everyone is great! Everything is explained to you before they start which is much appreciated! This new office is beautiful! I had a different hygienist as Laura retired and she was awesome too. The Dentist was so upbeat and a fun guy who gave me options. This is the best dental office ever. If you need a dentist, please try Beacon Dentistry...BEST!!!

My first appointment was today and the hygienist Janna was absolutely wonderful and very professional and explained everything in great detail. The dentist that came in was not Dr. Novak. and I am not good with names and I cannot remember his name but he was wonderful and I truly liked him. It was a great experience.

My visit was the first time I had ever been there. From the time I walked in there , the front desk staff was very friendly, and had all my information verified and ready for my visit . I didn’t wait long , Dr Novak assistant called me back . She started with the reason for my visit , took pictures of the issues I was having, asked questions about what had happened. Shortly after that , Dr Novak came in to the room , introduce himself very politely and professionally. He proceeded to attend to my issue , then he fixed the problem I was having . Then he talked to me about my future outlook on my smile, and dental issues that I have presently. I proceeded to tell him my plans , he presented a dental plan if I needed him in the near future to give him a call . I would recommend Dr Novak to my friends and family . Both Dr. Novak and Johansson are excellent dentists and have done painless fillings for me. Both are extremely nice, and I feel very comfortable and confident with both of their expertise. Their staff is also tops. This is a very upbeat and friendly practice, so if you’re a bit uncomfortable going to the dentist, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I no longer dread going to the dentist, and that says a lot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
