Amazing first visit! I found my new dentist. It was quick and easy to make an appointment, and I didn’t have to wait for weeks. Leslie was my hygienist and she was very friendly, made great conversation, and did an excellent job all around. I also met Dr. Johannsen and he gave me a lot of time to discuss any concerns I have and gave me a thorough evaluation of how my checkup looked. This is a dental practice with an obsession for great care and service, and it showed.

Had my first visit today, and got an AWESOME cleaning by Shalyn. The office was very clean, with updated equipment. Dr. Novak is like no other dentist I’ve been treated by. He asked what concerns I had, and what I expected from Beacon in a way I’ve never been before. He and Shalyn really made clear I, the patient, was in the driver seat. He was honest, respectful, and genuine. That goes a long way with me. Finally - a dentist who tells me only what absolutely NEEDS to be looked into. More importantly, I didn’t need any work, and he was quick to tell me that as well. Instead of taking advantage of my dentistry naivety and suggesting unnecessary procedures (Been there before). Lastly, Dr. Novak himself called me this evening to ensure I had a good experience, and wanted to hear if they “fell short in any way” so they can address it to improve my experience going forward. That intentionality is not only good business, but worth commending and displays a “model they way” leadership quality for other Dentists to emulate. Outstanding!

I would give 10 ⭐️‘s id I could! As someone who hates the dentist, moving to Texas finding a dentist was terrifying. I put it off until I couldn’t put it off. After searching and searching, I found Beacon Dentistry! My first time in I was treated so well. I was pregnant at the time… Dr. Novak was incredible! Not only did I receive a hand written letter from him but he called to check-in with me and not only make sure my appointment went well, but to check in on me. I went in for my cleaning yesterday and again received amazing care. All of the staff is wonderful and I am so thankful to have found this team! If you’re like me and have super bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, you won’t be disappointed going here!
