I just waited 45 minutes in the lobby for my appointment without any communication about delays or updates. The staff didn't acknowledge my wait and could care less. Will never go here again. Needless to say I did not get my appointment started and wasted my time and day off. Horrible place. Man on the couch waiting was Asleep and snoring! Probably from the excessive wait time.

We landed at My Dentist at four o'clock on a Friday afternoon with my husband in misery from what turned out to be two very damaged molars. We were sure that he was in for two root canals, and had no idea if he could get any help on such short notice. Dr. Patel and the dental tech Shelby were absolutely amazing! He was able to salvage both teeth from having to have root canals (it wasn't a simple thing!), and my husband was fixed up and out the door before 6 o'clock! We LOVE Dr. Patel! Patient, gentle, sympathetic, and most of all, a darn good dentist! Five Stars!

Staff were all very helpful and pleasant except that the hygenest wasn't very friendly. I like someone to talk to me and let me know what's going on, she was very quiet, I had to ask her questions to understand what she found.
