I love Dr. Sakos and all of the employees! I really do feel that i am a part of their family. I should know...i have spent a lot of time with them. I went to their office highly recommended by a friend. My previous dentist was asleep at the wheel and i needed a lot of dental work. Dr. Sakos prepares the crowns in his office and so no need to go back...it's all in one visit.
They were very compassionate with me. They were very up front about the cost.
I could go on and on about how great they are but i'm hoping that everyone gets the pic.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist. The staff is unbelievably warm and accommodating - they make you feel right at home. They make sure you are seen timely and are flexible if you need to make a last minute appointment. Dr. Sakos is extremely professional and personable. He makes you feel like you are his only patient and never rushes you. Will never go anywhere but here!

Dr. Ho was amazingly thorough when it came to my TMJ Botox consultation. Not only was he incredibly transparent and informative, he was also so kind and personable! I look forward to going to the Dentist! It has been over 23 years that I have been a patient of Dr. Sakos and I have always been extremely satisfied! The care and service that he and his staff have provided over the years is amazing. Whether it is a 6 month maintenance/cleaning or an emergency visit due to an accident, I have always been treated like family, as a top priority and with utmost care. I provided 5 stars since there was not an option of 10 stars!

I went in for a new patient appointment and had the best experience. From Lisa at the front desk, to Michelle, my hygienist, and to Dr. Sakos, I was treated so nicely and everyone was so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The office is extremely clean and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Sakos & Westlake Hills Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

I have close family who are dentists, but they are too far away to consistently handle my care. Dr Vincent Ho and his staff are (mostly) new to me; I was a long time patient of Dr Sakos, who sold his practice to Dr Ho. I needed 2 crowns and an extraction, and have had 2 followups. All handled with great care. I am pleased with this new relationship and recommend them.

I've been going to this office for 20+ years. It's now a different dentist and staff. I needed a crown re-cemented and was quoted $150. A "limited oral evaluation" was not mentioned at $140, so I was actually charged $290. It was a simple re-cementing, I was in and out in under 30 minutes, so the additional fee is ridiculous and scammy since it wasn't mentioned or needed. I was also charged $45 for a film I did not receive. They did refund that charge after I called. Do not recommend.
