Very accommodating. The Dentist Office is not my favorite place; With that said I have found my home dentist. I highly recommend Falls Town Dental. They treat you the way you wanted to be treated. Staff is extremely thoughtful and the teamwork shows in every interaction. The staff takes to the time to explain every step of the process. See Y’all there!

Ginger is so friendly and let me know everything that they were going to do during my visit. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Taylor is absolutely amazing and my top favorite hygienist that I’ve ever had. She’s so kind, truly cares, and is gentle. I’ve always been so nervous about going to the dentist for cleanings and fillings and I’m so thankful I finally found an office where the entire staff is so nice and caring. Dr. Fernandez and her team of staff is by far the Best I’ve ever had. Thank you and thank you all for your service!!!

Falls town is very personable and remember you. Not just another customer coming in the door, my assistant asked questions about items we talked about 6+ months ago. Asking follow ups on life and progress on certain topics. When I brought up concerns, she gave thorough answers and explained more in depth when asked. I do not like dentist due to bad past experiences but they do a great job here and I would recommend anyone in the area to go there.

Dr. Fernandez is absolutely awesome! She explains everything she is doing and going to do. She loves to share a laugh with you and make you as comfortable as possible! Ginger her assistant is amazing. Very kind, knowledgeable, and very personable.

Everyone is always so sweet at this establishment. The newer doctor is very informative and super friendly. Also the young lady( I believe her name is Taylor) was an absolute sweetheart. I would highly recommend them. They’re very clean and super professional and nice.
