I came in trying to figure out why I had inflammation around my back lower molar. I was told due to having my wisdom teeth taken out, apparently once the incision heals, you might be more prone for build up in that area. The dentist informed me, I had plaque build up and that is why I had the inflammation. I had just had a cleaning within 6 months. So I thought, if you see the build up, my gum is inflamed, why wouldn't you floss that area for me to help with the inflammation. She didn't, they only thing she did, was help with my bite from a previous filing and sent me on my way. I am pretty disappointed with this visit, the only positive things I can say are: the dentist was nice and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.
