A.F. Family Dental: Scott A. Tracy, DDS, MAGD

Dr. Tracy actually cleaned my teeth for a regular checkup. I can't remember the last time a dentist actually took the time to work on me personally in that capacity. It was the best cleaning I've ever received, hands down. It did not hurt one bit, he was very careful and considerate. I've been to so many places that just don't care whether or not you're in pain while they're scraping, flossing, or polishing. My gums will usually hurt for the rest of the day or a few days after. That was not the case here. I am extremely impressed with his skill and care as he takes personal interest in his clients.

I'm 72. Haved lived many places around the world and have had MANY dentists over the years. Some Ok, some real nightmare stuff. This dentist is the best, most communicative, knows his stuff, good hands and professional. Honest.
We are driving from Ogden to AF to go to Dr. Tracy from now on, totally worth a 3 hour drive to get good dental care.

Our family has been going to Dr. Tracy for over 10 years, even when our children were small. Dr. Tracy is honest in his recommendations and very conscientious in his work, plus we rarely have to wait for our appointment. We have referred our extend family and friends to him and they love him too. We recommend him to anyone. Before Dr. Tracy, the dentist we went to would do quick and larger-than-needed fillings so we were having problems with the fillings. Dr. Tracy has been able to fix those for us.

Love this Dentist! I broke off a chunk of a molar eating whole cherries (damn pits!) and my prior dentist said the only way it was repairable was to put on a crown, which is of course well over a thousand dollars! (I have no dental insurance) So I went Dr. Tracy and he fixed it with bonding and 4 years later, it is still intact and the tooth has caused me no problems! He saved me a ton of money and is fun and has a great sense of humor to boot! Yes the office looks like it's from the 1960's but he is worth it!!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tracy for approximately sixteen years. My wife an I have three children, and both of us seeing him for that period of time, and an eleven year old that has not seen any other dentist. Never had a bad experience. Very professional staff. Visiting a dentist office can be a very unpleasant experience and none of us have every had anything but great experiences. Dr. Tracy always remembers who we are and what’s going on in our lives. Excellent with my children, never had one complaint about the dentist from any of them. Never does any work that is not needed. No excessive billing to our insurance, and actually works very well with our “difficult” insurance company, which takes the burden off my wife and I. Two of my children have had braces through Dr. Tracy as well and their smiles are looking really great. Couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. Going to be a sad day for our family when Dr. Tracy is no longer practicing. Always concerned about each of our health both dental and physical. Highly recommend Dr. Tracy and his staff as your family dentist.

I have always loved going to Dr. Tracy's. I've been going to him since I was a child and he has always given excellent and well educated service. He keeps up on what the newest and best methods are and is very careful not to try anything that would be potentially harmful. Even when I flew in from school out of town for a quick weekend, he got me in. He found a problem spot and everyone in their office rearranged their schedule so he could take care of it while I was in town for the short while. He said "I don't want to send you back out there and the dentist you find does it wrong." He cares about all of his clients very much. All of them are very friendly. Great with kids.

I have been thrilled with the quality of dentistry that I have received here. I like many people normally hate going to the dentist. However I have come to realize that this doesn't have to be the case since I moved my records to A.F. Family Dental. The staff here is very professional and Doctor Tracy does an exemplary job of explaining dentistry in ways that even I can understand. Doctor Tracy is very gentle and conscious of my comfort while working on me. It sounds like he has been doing this for many years and it shows in his dentistry. I would and have recommended this office to my family and friends.

Great people! I have severe anxiety that kept me from the dentist for almost a decade, and as a result I had a lot of work to be done. Dr. Tracy made me feel very comfortable through all of it and now it doesn't bother me to go in. These people are honest and caring, which is huge in this industry. Another dental office wanted to root canal and crown about 5 teeth, but Dr. Tracy fixed them without doing the root canals, which saved me a fortune. Thank you so much! As long as I'm in Utah I will go to Dr. Tracy.

I am super picky and expect good customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly service I received. Coming from out of state I am used to knowing the office people when at appointments and even when passing them at the store or outside the office scene. I totally experienced that here and my kids all love it. Dr. Tracy even sang as he worked on my 3 yr old. She was only crying because she was ready to get out of the chair. While he rinsed her mouth he sang and she was quiet.

Dr. Tracey is the best dentist ever! He is so observant, detail oriented, thorough and really shows his pride in his work! He explains in a way that can be understood by my 3 year old or an adult. He makes going to the dentists something for my little ones to look forward to! Thank you Dr. Tracey and all of your caring, kind and welcoming staff! The receptionist remembered my whole family's names from day one!
