I’ve been a patient of Dr. Murdock’s for 20+ years. I’ve always been treated with courtesy, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. I’ve never felt rushed, or neglected. Recently I’ve also had work done by Dr. Smith, who is kind and very much wants his patients to feel heard, and satisfied. I came in with an abscess tooth. I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal. They were booked that day, but said to come in anyways. Dr. Smith was so kind. He numbed me and got me comfortable. Then he made calls and found someone that could help me that day. He was so caring. He really made me feel that he truly cared how much pain I was in.
