Jennifer Wyson and her staff at New Concepts Dentistry take QUALITY care of me as their patient, both making dental appointments and after I arrive. Besides being friendly from the moment I walk in the door, my care is on time or early and my comfort and health becomes the primary conversation. I love Ashley, my hygienist, who treats me like an old friend when I see her every six months, explains what she's doing in my hour visit while she's doing it, and packs me a to-go goodie bag after. Dr. Wyson and Ashley take time with my questions about dental hygiene, any procedure, x-rays, possible discomfort during a procedure or between appointments, cost/insurance or time involved, making sure I have the info I need to make ongoing decisions about my dental health. I've needed to reschedule an appointment two separate times, once over a weekend, and I simply texted NC and Wendy responded immediately to make the calendar change. I feel a ton of RELIEF and reassurance being a patient with New Concepts Dentistry. My teeth are good to go!
