My first visit at Cedar Hills Family Dentistry was an exceptionally positive experience. I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome as soon as I came in the door. The lobby and waiting area were inviting and comfortable, so if I had been required to wait, I wouldn't have minded, but I was called to go back after only a few minutes. The rest of the staff was as warm and engaging as the front desk personnel. I was given a quick tour of the office and was allowed an opportunity to learn a little bit about the staff as well as to see some of their state of the art equipment. The procedure rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with music at a perfect volume. The upbeat optimist feeling there was palpable and contagious. Great care was given in explaining my options, explaining my care and helping me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Issacson is a phenomenal dentist and he treats his staff with appreciation and respect. I appreciate the time that they all spent attending to me. Even in this busy practice, not once did I feel that I was being juggled or rushed. I was also impressed by the variety of services and products
they offer, providing convenience and top notch customer service. I recommend Cedar Hills Family Dentistry to anyone who needs a new dentist, or to anyone who might want to change to the one of the valley's finest!

I have been going here for years and I love it! The hygienists are so nice and efficient! I would definitely recommend this office. I'm updating my review to say that I was able to have Kristie work on my teeth this week, and she is fantastic! She was personable, and made the experience really enjoyable.

My family has been coming here for years, and it has been wonderful to actually look forward to getting dentist work done. The people are friendly and help you feel comfortable, their interior design looks clean without that sort of oppressive hospital feeling, and the dentists have always done great work. I've never felt pressured negatively, and the results speak for themselves.
Update: Just came in again, and had a minor cavity. Previous exams have show me resistant to novacaine, and I felt a little pain with the first drilling - they understood and stopped immediately until I was properly sedated, with a patience and professionalism worthy of praise.

Let's be honest, nobody likes getting work done 🙃 The staff here were friendly and professional. Doctor Isaacson did a great job with the numbing. Didn't feel a thing as he repaired is repaired some fillings that needed attention.
