I’ve been coming to Dr Rich pretty much my whole life. His staff has always been amazing, so friendly and pretty much family. Glenda is incredible and the best in the business at her job. However, ever since Miriam retired, the office not the same. Billing is always wrong/incorrect, the new lady at the front desk is not personable, friendly or welcoming, and we just found out Dr Rich is not on our dental insurance anymore (I’ve checked 3 times with our insurance and they’ve said he’s not) but the front desk lady insists they are… not impressed at all and so sad that Miriam is gone and the place isn’t the same. We’re HEARTBROKEN!
