I've only had my initial appointment, but from my first phone call to the follow up email with payment breakdowns, I'm very impressed. The front desk staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. I loved that the dentist and tech put the x rays on the tv screen to talk through them and kept me informed every step. They got me in quickly and are going the extra mile to try to get all my work done before my insurance ends.

This was my 4 year old son's first dental experience, and he loved it! They let him watch me go first and get comfortable with the process, explaining each tool, and even let him "help" :) as soon as we left my son asked if we could please go back there, and if he could go first next time. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had as an adult as well. Kind, attentive, and friendly staff. Clean and sanitary space. Scheduling and paperwork all done on my phone made the appointment a breeze. Would 100% recommend for any age!

The staff are quick to greet you, warm, and inviting on every visit. For all of our visits, the staff have been prepared and they adhere to the scheduled appointment time. They are also really flexible to my child’s needs to attempt to make him comfortable for the visit. The lobby and procedure areas are very clean! My son also loves that he gets a quarter to use in a machine for a small toy when he’s finished. We would highly recommend them for families!

Falling Creek Dental is awesome. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Goeckeritz is a real pro. I recently had a dental emergency, and I was seen immediately. Falling Creek Dental handled the immediate problem, and coordinated with an oral surgeon and orthodontist for me so that I did not have to start with those offices from zero. I really felt like I was being taken care of.

I’ve been going here for several years and the experience has always been very good. A nice text reminder system, the TVs, skilled and gentle hygienists, and the dentist is kind and competent. Not sure what else you’re looking for, but they probably do that, too.

I have gone here since I moved to Utah in 2015. Dr. G and his staff are amazing. I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I moved almost 30 minutes away and still go here. They are gentle, friendly and honest- not doing unnecessary work. If you don’t have insurance, like me, no problem! They have a plan that covers 2 cleanings a year and gives 20% off anything you may need to have done. I highly suggest making an appointment here!
