The dentist was great but the receptionist said we had no copay. Then 2 months later they sent us a bill for almost $200. When I called she treated me like I was stupid. She said the bill was less than the one I had in my hand. I asked for a detailed list of the charges and they said they sent out a more recent bill with it the day before, which I never received. The receptionist was snotty with me whenever I called. They didn't send or say anything about it for 2 months. Every time I have stopped by during business hours no one was there.
