They told me that the consultation was free, went in and had them look at two teeth and after they looked at my teeth they turned around and wanted to charge me $125 for a "detailed" consultation.

Gentle dentist. Got me in at the appointed time. One third the cost of my Nevada dentist. The crown fit perfectly and looks great. I traveled 600 miles to have them do the work and I could not be happier with the staff and dentist.

Dr Pitcher is the worst dentist I have ever been seen by, he left my tooth halfway pulled and now refuses to finish the job it hurts to even breath air. Sarah at the front desk is also the rudest person I have ever talked to.

I was quite nervous about having all my upper teeth extracted. The attention to make sure I was comfortable through out the procedure was there biggest concern, I was nervous for no reason the doctor and technician visited with me as we went a long explaining what was going on, my pain was almost nothing I say almost nothing because the numbing shot felt like a bee sting after that I felt no pain.

Dr Arthur made dentures for my mother in late Oct. 2018. She returned to theoffice and saw Dr Arthur again on the 12th of Nov. at which time he told her she would have to pay for a reline. at a charge of $145.oo. I contacted them today about seeing Dr Hansen as she has had him make dentures for her in the past with no problem. I called today Jan 2nd and asked for an appt with Dr Hansen. I exbplained to the Office staff what had happened and that my Mother is unable to keep her teeth in her mouth and that she didnt think she shuld have to pay another $145.00 After I had told her about the problem with my mother's dentures that Dr Arthur had made her I was told that her appt would be with Dr Arthur, I said she did not want to see Dr Arthur. The employee I was talking to on the phone got upset and told me to stop yelling (which I was not yelling) and let her talk and then she hung up on me. Wfhen you are in a bussiness that serves people, you shouldnot use the fact that they are not happy with the product you have provided to them at a acost of almost $1500.00n then give them no recourse but to have Parkway Dential employee hang up on you. Shame on you lady you forget who pays you wages. What kind of practice do you represent not one that should get a good review. I cdont even want to give you one star, but have to topost this review. My Mother;s teeth don't fit and your office staff is rude!!!

Got there at 8:30 this morning and I was left in the chair for an hour and a half today with absolutely no service. And then after tearing my mouth to shreds, they decided to tell me that my crown is going to take longer to make. So instead of being done at 3PM when I was scheduled to finish, they told me I'd be done at 5. They've lost my business.
