I have been going to this dentist for years. I consider myself one of Cindy‘s first patients. Not only has she been extremely professional, she has been kind and considerate at all times. She’s always learning new methods and keeping up with all the new Technology. I also have to say that her office and all of her assistants in are amazing. They are a group of lovely women who are so kind and so knowledgeable.
I was asked this year if I would change insurance companies for a lower rate, I refused I’m sticking with my insurance so that I can still go to the cadenza dentist.

This review is based on my first visit. I had been looking for the right dentist for a few years. I have severe claustrophobia and dental anxiety that causes hypersensitivity to the entire experience. I absolutely dread it!! So, I decided to search out a highly qualified female dentist. As a clinician myself, I am often told how calm and comforting my bedside manner is, so I sought out these qualities in a dentist. I came across Dr. Sumarauw on Google. I was impressed with her credentials and experience, as well as her passion for dentistry. I also appreciated her interest and utilization of advanced technology. Between the Google reviews and the acceptance of my insurance, it helped solidify my decision to call. I'm super glad that I did! She is really kind and her energy is calming. I had the most thorough dental evaluation, perhaps ever. My concerns were addressed and she answered all of my questions, which will assist in making informed decisions moving forward.
As a side note for other claustrophobic patients, there are large windows and tall ceilings:)

Everyone treats each person with such kindness that even if you don’t like going to the dentist, you will love coming here. I was nervous to get a crown but, without fail, my nerves were eased immediately. Cindy Sumarauw DDS is so kind and easy to talk to. She treats her staff kindly. It’s the little things that make a great business.

Fast efficient and personal! Dr Sumarau is super friendly and her staff very helpful. I needed my crown put back on and they got me in same day and earlier than expected! Hooray!

Doctor is great but I had a very bad experience with their billing system that I ended up being sent to a collection agency as I were not notified about charges not covered by my insurance every time I paid my deductibles at their office. They finally sent me a bill in December 2022 about a dental work done in 2021 but since I have not been in my home for a while, I just found out they sent me to collection.
