I have never been to a dental office as friendly and amazing as this one! Every person from the front desk to the assistants to the dentist really cared about me. They were friendly and we got a long great. After my first cleaning (which was the best, most informative cleaning ever) I had to go back for some work on three teeth. Well, I guess I don’t take to the numbing shots so well and it needed 4 shots for it to work. I felt bad that I was a difficult patient but they were so kind and understanding about it. I ended up needing the laughing gas because I was so intolerant to the shots. After it was all done they really made me feel like I was their best patient. I will never go to another dentist from here on! You need to go! You won’t regret it!

Originally I went to this office for the location, but the entire staff is friendly and good at what they do. The communication and appointment reminders are helpful. They educate and encourage during check ups, and follow up on areas of concern. They help me want to take good care of my teeth.

Emilia always goes out of her way to make me comfortable during my cleaning appointments and they all take the time to make sure you feel you’ve gotten everything taken care of. My family and I have been patients at Aspen Heights Dental for five years. The hygienists and staff are really nice to work with. The dentists (Dr Richins and Dr Dorney) are skilled and knowledgeable. I love that I can make appointments for myself and my four kids at the same time! My kids and I have always had a positive experience with cleanings, checkups and fillings. The hygienists were super accommodating to make my 2 year old feel comfortable during his cleaning! I had some mouth issues a few months ago and Dr Richins took the time to find out my symptoms and offer advice over the phone. We’ve been really happy with our experience at Aspen Heights Dental.

My first visit was great! Dr. Richin's and his staff definitely know what they're doing! The last time I got work done at another dentist, it was a horrible experience and difficult recovery. I gotta say I had the best experience ever with Aspen. I went in to do my regular cleaning and check up. It was my first time at Aspen. The office is clean and the staffs are friendly.
My hygienist was Andrea and she is FANTASTIC! I had an ongoing gum problems. She noticed it right away and did the cleaning extra gentle. She gave me some special toothpaste and mouthwash to treat the infection. She is absolutely caring.
The doctor and the assistant were great too. I am definitely going back with my whole family. Highly recommend!
