The hygienists and the doctor here at Hadfield Dental Care are really just great at taking care of not only your teeth, but of you. The best dental experience I’ve had.

Absolute shady business practices. "I am pleased to inform you that you can continue to receive your insurance benefits at our practice and we can continue to process and submit all of your claims for any dental treatment we provide." What they failed to mention in this "update" was that no, the insurance doesn't actually work with them. Thousands of dollars later because they don't tell you that your insurance won't actually pay for the dental work before you get the work done, and they won't help you after... so, here we are. Stay away from this place, they cover shady business practices with a smile.

EDIT after response: Thanks for proving my point. "Oh we sent you a confusing email that made it look like nothing would change for you, too bad, it's your fault" You didn't think that wording would be confusing? Or misleading? You guys have zero integrity. We did reach out to you, and your response on the phone was the same. "too bad".

Dr Hadfield is amazing and always makes sure his patients are taken care of. He’s come into the office at 11 pm to give a novocaine shot to tide me through for a root canal. I’ve been seeing him for 16 years and haven’t found another dentist that can compete.

I travel from Tooele County to see him.

So 2018 I was the winner for the new grill contest it was life inspiring, the dentist and dental hygienist as well as the secretary were absolutely phenomenal, and hilarious sweet people, they were very understanding of my fear of dentist, they made everything fun, and were incredibly patient… i was told to water floss and it changed my life I constantly did, I was very addicted to it I was dumbfounded when a year later my veneers started having issues I reached out to them and they said no worries your under warranty for ten years… 3 years later 3 of my veneers came out luckily I was able to pop them back in, I reached out to had field dental care again and they stated there was no warranty and cementing would cost over 300, sadly a week ago my front tooth popped off and now I am in severe pain and more embarrassed then my original smile before the grill contest, I feel as if this was all just for Money and I was lied to and I feel helpless, I start a new job doing door to door sales and am like what to do…. I have no Medicaid or insurance, bad credit as I grew up in a horrendous life full of neglect and abuse which is what lead me to winning the grill Comte’s t to begin with, so anyone who wants veneers I suggest another place as this place makes promises they will not keep and now I get to walk around hiding my smile yet again with deep embarrassment in severe pain and wanting to cry non stop as I have no confidence and less then that

This is the best place for you and your kids. Dr. Hadfield and staff are so helpful, kind, and make your visit as painless as possible. I will never take my kids or family any where else. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Hadfield and his staff have absolutely changed my life. Each and EVERY employee has helped me so much. I started out with SO many things wrong with my teeth. The wonderful staff, including Dr. Hadfield, NEVER judged me or made me feel self conscious about all the work I needed done. They helped me make a plan, and I have continued on my journey even 6 months later. I drive over an hour to come see them, and I always look forward to seeing the whole team. I truly can't thank them enough.

I have never been one to be *excited* about going to the dentist (who is, really?), but I can genuinely say I look forward to my cleanings at Hadfield. To say that I adore the staff would be an understatement. The hygienists are kind, gentle, and compassionate; and Dr. Hadfield is so friendly and makes you feel like you're his favorite patient. 10/10 would recommend to any of my family and friends.

Dr. Hadfield and his team are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I used to have anxiety when I went to the dentist and now I know I will be well taken care of. My dental hygienist Annalee and her assistant Cynthia are the best. They listen to my concerns and put me at ease. They know what they are doing and I always leave with a good experience.

We previously went to a different dental clinic and they were ok, but we saw a different dentist every visit and it felt a bit impersonal to us. We switched to Hadfield because we knew we would see Dr. Hadfield every time and we like the consistency. The front end staff are so kind and welcoming and easy to speak to. The assistants are all great and they are really great with my kids. I have anxious kids, but they are never scared to get their cleanings done here. The treasure chest is a must visit after their appointments! Dr. Hadfield is conservative with procedures as well and I know he will not do unnecessary work, which Was not true at our last clinic. We love it here and will keep coming back as long as we live here!

I had heard many commercials on ZHT snd I was looking for a new dentist, so I thought I would give them a try. Oh my goodness, I am beyond grateful that I did!! I had a handful of concerns and felt like everything I brought up was sincerely listened to and addressed. Nicole was my hygienist and I felt like she was a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time. She made me feel so comfortable, and even with my sensitive teeth - I was able to relax. Dr. Hadfield was very thorough and explained the X-rays and his findings. He let me know the dental treatment plan that he had in mind for me - but completely left it in my hands with no pressure. I am so happy that I found this amazing team and I’m excited to start the journey towards better dental health!!
