If I could give them 0 stars I would. Front desk is so rude. You call and they give you bad attitude. I was going to be a new patient here but they were so rude and did not help me in anything. Definitely will not be one of there patients. Never got to meet the Dr. but staff should really get checked or they will lose patients.

Bad experience. I removed my wisdom teeth at this location and they charged me money and extra charges I was not aware of while still under the influence of the anesthesia. I do not remember ever paying them. I thought I was going to receive a bill if I had extra charges, instead they asked a person clearly not coherent to pay. Months later, and i still cannot get my money back!

Dr. Nelson is very caring and explains everything so great! Dayleen is awesome up front and Annette is amazing, so nice to have people up front that know what they’re doing, so helpful!! Highly recommend!

Love coming here for dental work! They are always quick, nice, and super accommodating. They also give ample reminders of when your next appointment is, which is super helpful. I’ve had Kelli twice who is so sweet and does a great job, and enjoyed having Joanne this time. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to get your dental work done. The receptionist is warm, welcoming, and helpful. I have had to get 2 crowns put on in the past 2 years, and both times it has been a pretty pleasant experience. I have a lot of anxiety about dental work, and I felt that the workers at this office really listened to my needs, and were very accommodating.

I got my braces off a year ago and I love my new smile. I havent had any problems since getting them off. I highly recommend them!

Professional Dental is AMAZING! All of my scheduled teeth cleanings and any work that I have had done to my teeth have been pain free!! The staff here is by far the best out of any other dental practice I have been to! They are all so knowledgeable, super friendly, and make you feel as comfortable as possible! Dr. Gaye and Dr. Miller are incredible dentists, all of the dental hygienists here are amazing, and the girls at the front desk are also the best! I highly recommend Professional Dental to anyone and everyone that is looking for the right dental practice!

Love Professional Dental! The first time I came was back in April, and I loved it so much I had to get my husband there too. They do great work, and are very welcoming! Katrina’s smile as we walked in made us feel at home. They were able to walk us through all the treatment we needed and how much was estimated and that made me feel comfortable and could trust them!
