I had heard of Dr. McNeil and my mouth was in desperate shape and I felt it was time for his type of advanced dentistry. He explained that my problems had been exacerbated by 3 medicines I had started taking 18 months earlier that gave me severe dry mouth and caused the issues. He taught me extra things to do to treat my teeth and mouth to avoid this problem in the future. Then he went to work with his ultra modern tools and top of the line skills, saved 7 of my teeth without having to do one implant. I have since moved my family to his practice so they can experience the level of care I am enjoying. He has truly impressive skills and mastery of the newest and latest in modern dental technology

My worst nightmare is going to the Dentist for anything beyond a cleaning. This fear started at a very young age. The pain medication typically starts working within 5-minutes of exiting the dental office. Ryan, I just want you to know the cracked tooth you worked on yesterday was the best experience I have every had visiting a Dentist. When I mentioned I had developed a very sensitive gag reflex you immediately addressed that issue. The problem was solved. I hate the sound of the drill because it always directly follows with pain. You expertise numbing my tooth worked really really well. You may want to set up seminars to teach your colleges how to administer pain medication. Yesterday was the first time I had a tooth drilled and felt no pain. I was equally impressed that you made the crown while I sat in the office. All said I was impressed at the quality of your expertise. I probably shouldn't mention this but your fees for implanting a crown were very fair and reasonable. Thank you, I am a very happy patient. Because of Dr. McNeil's skilled hands, my son's teeth look natural and my son has confidence in his smile. This was my first visit at this dental office & everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists to the doctor treated me like they really cared about me! They were personable, good at communicating, and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I called to have one wisdom tooth removed and while there, Dr. McNeal noticed one of my other wisdom teeth was shaped oddly and said he could remove it if I wanted. I got both wisdom teeth pulled in what I thought was record timing, it was as pain free as tooth extraction could be and I stayed numb until after I got my pain med prescription. He will definitely be my permanent dentist. And don't even get me started on the friendliness of the rest of the staff. Great people all around!

I recently went into Dr. McNeil for a standard teeth cleaning and check-up. I had been to another dentist in close proximity to his office for a few visits, but was not very impressed. I decided to try Midvale Family Dental after talking with a good friend who had absolutely glowing reviews from his office. The dental hygienist, Mykell was excellent. Very gentle and thorough. I was ready to be hit up for all of the extra treatments/ charges that accompanied a teeth cleaning as happened at my previous dentist. No such offers or pressures to add additional non-insurance covered treatments. A welcome change to have a straight forward, "what you really need" care instead of being nickled and dimed. Unfortunately I had a small cavity, Dr. McNeil took care of it right then, in less than 15 minutes. No need to schedule another appointment. Dr. McNeil was able to numb me in one shot, that was hardly felt, and no pain throughout the drilling. And since it was only one well placed shot, I had feeling back in less than 1hour. Overall, a great experience and night and day difference from my previous dentist. So glad I made the change. Excellent quality care!

Dr McNeil is fantastic! He is meticulous about his work, is personable, funny, and has an amazing staff! They truly care about you and give you the highest quality care. I highly recommend them!

I've been coming here for 2+ years and the staff remember me. They are nice and very professional. The building reminds me of a classical dentist office which is clean, and smells nice. Dr. McNeil is also kind and extremely intelligent. I'll always recommend this place.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Before coming here I was terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. McNeil and his staff always put me at ease. Dr. McNeil is very kind, compassionate, and gentle which is so important. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
