Listen, I am terrified of going to the dentist but this dentist is by far the best ever. always making me feel safe, cared for, and answer any questions I may have.
OH! and they call you after getting your teeth pulled out to make sure you're recovering well, who doesn't want that in their life? 😂

Went for a root canal. Took multiple visits to get it done. Before my final visit I was assured my bill was paid completely but upon showing up I was told I owed 92 dollars. I asked why I was told my bill was completely paid off and front counter staff demeaningly explained how insurance works rather than explain why they made a mistake.
The dental aids also laughed at my teeth and made comments about them right in front of me. Some people get a good experience but it seems like if you are a certain demographic they treat you different. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

I am giving this review for my wife. She said 1 star because she felt like they just didn't care. She had a tooth break and was in a lot of pain so it was an emergency. She said that the nurses were nice but the dentist was just in a hurry to get her out. She has high anxiety and asked if I could go back with her but they refused. We were charged before she even went back. We told them that we would prefer to pay all at once at the end when we knew what procedures needed to be done but they refused. Recommend that they take a little time to show they care and are willing to work with the patient.

I have had all of my dental work since aging into an adult done in his office. He is very friendly and does everything quickly, professionally and at minimal cost to you, especially if you have health insurance. No complaints. Will continue to come to him and suggest my family to him.

I wasn't explained the procedures very well. Unorganized, sloppy, and a money grab. I'd rather spend the extra hundred of dollars from skilled dentists somewhere else. The didn't review the x Ray's with me. I didn't feel like they cared about me as a person only as a way to get money out of me. No personalization at all. The crowns average $845, filling $122, and an exam about $150. I will not be returning.

I would give more stars if I could. My children and I love coming to Dr. Zapata's office. They all are very professional and kind. Proficient and cost effective. I highly recommend this office to any with and without insurance.

Well I came here this Saturday around 5:20 pm but this office is close already.. according to the website and also on the sign by the door they are open Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.. so why is it close way too early and it’s not even holiday.. this place is a joke, don’t put a time frame when you guys can’t fall through it.. this is just plain bad business and also this tells me that you guys are money grabber and don’t really care for your future patients..
