The dynamic hygiene team is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Heidi and Kaisha work really well together and make you feel at home in a dental office. Heidi has been my hygienist for years and it is a bonus that my daughter gets to work with her! They are both worth visiting the office for!

I’ve always been wary of dentists, so when I went to Merit Dental for the first time I was nervous. However, my experience was phenomenal! Each person was so friendly, honest, informative and kind. They were very attentive to anything I needed. They additionally took time to explain what they were seeing and all the options available to me. The staff were very polite and Upon walking in I felt right at home, I received great customer service, and the care I received during my procedure was outstanding, I felt that my over all well being was top priority. Dr. Christensen and nurse Rachia were wonderful! Amber the receptionist was also informative enough to make sure my insurance would cover certain procedures. Even came up with a payment plan for me. They are honest and kind. Got an extraction today dr C and the nurse were patient and professional with me. If I was in pain at certain points of my toothe we stopped and numbed me a bit more and waited til I was able to proceed with the extraction. It was also my first visit and my experience with them has been wonderful and comfortable. Happy holidays to you and to me because I am now able to eat comfortably. Thank you Merit Dental Office in Orem!!!! Come here!

I loved my experience with Merit Dental! Brooklynn scheduled my appointment and the text reminders helped me to come in at the right time. The staff was all around wonderful. I had two crowns placed and they were tricky with my small mouth! Everyone made me feel comfortable during my visit. I will definitely be coming back!
