Utah Valley Endodontics: Creer Paul M DDS

I had a botched crown about twenty years ago and even though it gave me quite a bit of pain over the years it wasn't until the last year that a new dentist suggested that I get a root canal and referred me to Dr. Creer. Dr. Creer confirmed that the crowned tooth was infected and we agreed to do a root canal. The day I showed up to have my root canal I was going over all the liability documentation and I started feeling nervous that this tooth which had been giving so much trouble for more than twenty years would continue to do so and the root canal would fail and I would end up needing to pull the tooth after all. I discussed with Dr. Creer and was impressed and appreciative that he took the time to discuss my concerns and the real possibility that although the root canal had a good chance of being successful, there was a chance that it wouldn't.

I decided to take some time and think things over and discuss the scenarios with my dentist. If I decide to get the root canal, or if anyone in my family needs one, I will only use Dr. Creer because that kind of integrity is priceless!

Update: 4/27/22 I just got another one done and it was a great experience. I didn't feel anything. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve had two root canals here a few years ago and I didn’t feel anything. Dr. Creer did such a good job too. He’s so careful. I felt very comfortable and safe. You are in good hands of you go here.

I was super nervous for my root canal. But Dr Creer was amazing. I barely felt the shot in the roof of my mouth, he was very gentle, the procedure was over quickly and he and his assistant (I think her name was Brook?) were like a well oil machine. We joked that they could’ve done it blind folded. If I ever need another too canal I would absolutely go back.

I have had a tooth that has been bothering me for a couple of months and was referred to Dr. Creer. I heard he was great, so I thought I’d give him try. I had called their office and left a message, after their business hours, and to my surprise received a call back! They got me right in the next day, took care of my root canal with Zero pain, made sure I was comfortable and were really nice! Dr. Creer explained everything from beginning to end and that was comforting to know he wanted me informed and wasn’t just wanting to push his patients in and out of chairs as soon as possible. I would DEFINIETLY recommend anyone going here! I get super nervous to have my teeth worked on and Dr. Creer made it a super comfortable and calming environment!! I loved the girls who work there too!! Thanks again, Dr. Creer!!

I recently visited this office for an evaluation for a possible root canal. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were SO kind! Paul was patient and explained everything to me in a simple way and so so nice and approachable! We aren't going for the root canal right now, but if I need it i will come back! Would recommend!

Let me make a disclosure first. Dr. Creer gave me a root canal which is suppose to be a bad experience for anyone. Im sure most people don’t look forward to a root canal. I didn’t. Once I made the decision Dr. Creer explained what options were available, a root canal was the best solution for my problem. I felt the process was flawless and very little pain. Recovery was amazing. No pain, very little discomfort. Had the procedure yesterday, and feel great today. Thank you Dr. Creer!

Dr. Creer was great but I can't give 5 stars because the way they communicated the amount owed was very misleading. We knew about the evaluation cost but when they gave the quote at the end of the evaluation, it sounded like the evaluation was included in the total they gave us on the paper. We aren't questioning there was a cost for the evaluation, but if you don't charge until the other work is complete and only give us a single number, it makes it seem like that number is the final balance.

Dr. Creer is excellent! We are so lucky to have such a great root canal specialist next door! Dr. Creer is not only a great man of character but also a very skilled and competent professional. Dr. Creer takes his time to do good work and has taken very good care of the patients we send to him. He explains procedures and diagnosis carefully to patients. I would gladly send family members or myself if needed to see him for any root canal or other endodontic procedure that needs to be done.

Highly recommend this team! They work with you. Patient, kind, thorough, and informative. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. Refreshingly helpful.

l did not know what to expect but after talking with the receptionist that quickly vanished. Dr Creer was amazing. He was very gentle. I really appreciate that they a sense of humor not two many professionals have one.. I highly recommend Dr Creer.
