Our family has been going to Cascade Dental for years. They do a very thorough job of cleaning our teeth and are very gentle with filling cavities and doing crowns. When my 5-year-old had nine cavities they referred us to South Valley pediatric dentist next door so that he could be asleep and they could do all of them at once. Today we went back to Cascade for a checkup. He loves their play area and did great with his exam. No cavities! Yea!

The office was very nice and the staff was wonderful! I got my teeth cleaned by McKenzie and it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. The dentist I saw was Dr. Allred and he was great. I highly recommend this office.

I want to preface by saying we used to come here and really loved it. All of the staff was so friendly and comforting. This time around, I called in because my three year old son fell and chipped his tooth and I wanted to inquire if they could fill it in. I let them know the situation and they said the exam was free but if I wanted to do a happy visit, it’d be $20 for exam, possible X-rays, and cleaning. I said let’s go ahead and do that. When we got there, they didn’t have him down for a cleaning, just the exam. Then she said it would be $70 for a cleaning so I’m not sure how it went from $20, which they told me over the phone, to $70. Now, my son is 3. All they did was polish the teeth, no flossing or picking or anything else. Then the Dr came in, looked at his tooth (it’s the front) and said he doesn’t really work on 3-year-olds. The reason I chose this place over the neighboring pediatric dentist is because we had gone there before and loved it. The staff wasn’t as warm and friendly as we remember it and if they had told me over the phone that the drs don’t work on 3 year olds here, we could’ve saved a $70 polishing because I wouldn’t have taken him in here. Overall, I think we were overcharged for what we got.

They office is run very efficiently from getting you in on time to billing and making follow up appts. They are also very friendly and personable from the office staff to the dentist. I recommend.

Great environment, friendly staff, respectful of time, and I don't feel like they would lie to me about having a cavity. Hygienist offered brushing techniques to avoid gum recession which was very kind and going the extra mile.

Been going to Cascade roughly 10 years now. This place feels like your going to the spa! Dr.s are nice and very knowledgeable in their dentistry work. I've gotten lots of crowns and fillings and have no problems whatsoever. All the staff treats you like family. Melanie and Suzy are the BEST Dental hygienist ever! these girls are a big reason why we go. Thanks Cascade for all you do, keep up the good work!
