My grandson had his very 1st dental appointment. He was not the most cooperative patient ever, but the sweet hygienist shared her story with us about bringing her little ones in for their 1st times, which helped a lot. Then Dr. Allred came in and was able to coerce him into opening up and he passed with flying colors. Thank you Cascade! Another excellent visit!

Cascade family dental is the worst dentist I have ever been to They put in a temporary filling and not even 20 minutes after it falls out So I go back in just to see if they can put in another filling or just pull my tooth and the lady at the death responds to me with "WE'RE CLOSED" and now my mouth is in even more pain because of them and they don't even bother fixing their mistake!!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY HAVE SUCH A HIGH RATING ON GOOGLE

Amanda repeatedly said she felt humiliated by comments made by the dentist about how she was too young to have a tooth needing to be pulled. She also felt scared because he made comments about how fast he was at extractions.
She has been a long time patient of Dr. Baird and this has ultimately left her embarrassed/humiliated by what dr Black said, because she assumed all dentist at Cascade dental would treat her similarly.

This was the nicest dental office I've ever been to. The staff was great, everything was high end, the chair I sat in for my cleaning was also a massage chair, they let me watch TV, and gave me head phones. It was a great experience.

I'm always really fearful of the dentist. I didn't have any dental care as a child so my teeth are not great and I'm pretty shameful of their appearance and condition. I came into the office today which some bad pain associated with an impacted wisdom tooth and another tooth with an infection. Dr. Allred and his assistant Kayzlee were super kind, treated me with respect and made the experience positive. They were able to get me antibiotics, shave down inflamed gum surround the impacted wisdom tooth and gave me information on resources that can help pay for further dental work. I'm so so greatful. If you need a dentist that isn't judgemental and truly cares, these are your people.
