Worst dental office I have ever been too. Staff was very rude. They told me they would take my insurance and then when I went in for the appointment they all of a sudden didn't. And after they told me they didn't all the staff came out and stared at me like a bunch of school girls and made me very uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this office for a few years now. They are always so nice. Dr Blackhurst is Amazing! He is great with all of my kids. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist but never at this office. We had an emergency once and they came right in and took care of it. Highly recommend them to anyone

I just got my teeth cleaned and 2 fillings done. I was in and out really fast with my busy schedule. Tesha and Ezra in the front office were very professional and courteous to me. Sara cleaned my teeth and she was also great and fast. Thank you Professional Dental!

If I could give negative stars to Professional Dental, I would. BE WARNED: DR. BLACKHURST AND SARAH ARE NO LONGER HERE. They were great. The management of this clinic is horrible! They lose payments, they reschedule appointments last minute because they "don't have a dentist that day, oops!" They bill for missed appointments that you cancelled. I can't say enough about their terribly poor customer service.

I love bringing my family to professional dental in Payson. The staff is so friendly and thorough! We've brought each of our 4 kids to them their whole lives. We've only had good experiences and our kids look forward to going to the dentist.

I really highly recommend dr.Gay at professional dental in payson, he was awesome with us, my son was having his wisdom teeth removed and he was very very good with my so and i, dr.Gay spent time and answered every question we had... and when he got wisdom teeth removed it was fast and he did such a great job he hardly had any pain with after ..i highly recommend Dr. Gay very happy with his work. We will be going back, and the staff was so friendly i really like everyone there. 😊

Doctor Blackhurst and most of the other good employees who worked well with us are gone. The new management is absolutely horrible, double charging for appointments and charging "missed appointment fees" for appointments we canceled in tons of time. We'd schedule appointments a month in advance so we could ask for time off for them, then be told the day before that there wouldn't be a dentist in the office for our appointment. We're never using this company again.

These guys have always taken great care of me and my family. The nurses are great to remember details about our life (outside of teeth), and they have done well to follow up on procedures performed. We have no plans to go anywhere else.
