I had a great experience. I was very impressed with the efficient care and detailed, understandable explanations that they gave me. It was fun to see the creative and inventive approaches that Dr. Vogel has developed as well as the great breadth of experience that his practice is founded on. A great place to receive friendly, comfortable, and quality oral care!

I've been to poor dentists in the past, and I definitely think Dr. Vogel rates above the rest. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Vogel knows what he is doing. They may be a little bit more expensive than some dentists, but knowledge and experience is definitely worth it! But I don't think they "price gouge" like someone else mentioned - trying to get every penny they can. I went to another dentist closeby a few months ago and they told me I needed an expensive crown. So I went to Dr. Vogel for a second opinion. He disagreed and found another smaller problem (some enamel wearing on different teeth) that the other dentist didn't see.

My kids also enjoy their experiences there. The staff has also been great at holding a baby for me if they get fussy while I'm in the chair.

The only downside is that because they are so good, it can be a little bit difficult to find an appointment on short notice. BUT Dr. Vogel is available personally if you have an emergency question (like we did when our daughter bashed her teeth in).

He is really super and I'd highly recommend!

During my appointment I had x-rays taken, and my teeth were cleaned. Unlike general expectations regarding dental work, the experience was pleasant.

So today was my first time going to Dr. Merkley.
I did not have any wait time when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and personable. Thorough exam with detailed explanation followed. Very good first impression.

Dr. Merkley is a great dentist, love the work and consultation. all the staff i've worked with so far are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This appointment was primarily for x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Merkley gave only a brief exam and looked at the X-rays. The hygenist who did the cleaning told the dentist about a complaint I was having with occasional pain between two back molars. The dentist suggested I might want to have the old fillings removed and the teeth refilled. I am considering that option.

Merkley Dental is the best dental office I have ever been to. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff and they make it a good experience. Can’t recommend them enough 😊

Every time I go in for a checkup, cleaning, or (gulp) a filling, I feel valued by all of the staff. They remember things about me and my family from my last visit, over 6 months previous! When I have questions, the answers are explained in a way that I can understand. I recommend this dentist office to everyone I know.
