Merkley Dental

Came in today for a cleaning with Greg. Everything went well. I passed! 😉 And—there were cookies! Keep baking those gingerbread cookies because they’re my favorite! 👍🏻

A patient before me had some complications. I was able to watch Netflix while I waited. They even gave me 2 movie tickets for being patient. I really appreciated that.

My wife and I started going to this Dentistry 1 year ago. The customer service was amazing and accepted my wife's insurance. All was well and awesome.
Sadly, my wife had a second appt set up 6 months later for another dental cleaning. After we received an outrages dental bill for just a cleaning. We called to find out how the bill could be so high. Turns out the only dentist who accepted her insurance left the practice and we were not informed. So we got stuck paying the ridiculous bill.

I would not recommend going to them unless you like surprise bills. :(

Vogel Dental is great. Their mission statement is to treat each customer as they themselves would like to be treated and they go above and beyond. Their office is clean and modern, yet comfortable. Their staff is friendly and understanding. When you walk in you can feel that everyone who works there loves being there and they are a team. They also have fresh baked cookies, authentic plastic jewelry for the kids as prizes, and little gifts for parents (sugar free gum, mini hand sanitizer bottles, and breath mints) to make it a happy experience for everyone.

Our whole family goes to Dr. Merkley and we are very happy. He and the entire staff are friendly and professional.

Dr Merkley always impresses me in noticing every little thing that might be a problem with my teeth. He takes time to realistically explain options that will help me make decisions to benefit me in the long run. If something is not a big deal for the moment, he is sure to put a “watch on it.” He also encourages me not just to do better with my brushing, but he tells me how and where to put more emphasis in my oral hygiene habits. I have learned to listen to his suggestions because, well, he is usually right!
I just love the staff at Dr Merkley’s office! They are all really caring, down-to-earth people who make me feel welcome every time I come. Nan and Lori are so sweet. I had fun chatting with Greg, too! Great dental experience for me!

They were very kind as usual. I came one hour earlier than planned because of my own schedule, and they were able to work me in. That was very helpful.
