The patient services while you are at the office are incredible. The staff is friendly, office is clean, and Dr. Merkley knows his stuff. I had an issue with the billing of it, and Dr. Merkley worked with me personally to get it resolved. While I don't agree with what happened, they are still a good practice - just make sure you follow up with them on the bill because you never know if you will actually receive a statement from them.

I love going to Merkley Dental. I had a very negative experience at another local dental office where the dentist claimed I had a cavity and then did a terrible job fixing it, twice. Dr. Merkley is super nice and always will tell you all the options you have based on your specific issues and then let you make the final call. There’s no pressure, and all the staff is really friendly and treated me great. Way different feel compared to other dark and cold dental offices!
