I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I had three issues and advised of same when I made the appointment. When I arrived I was taken in by an assistant who took an x-ray of the one tooth which was causing pain. When the dentist arrived, we went over the same issues I had previously explained and I was told I would need to make an appointment to address these issues even though I was experiencing pain in the one tooth. I though that was what I had made the appointment for. I asked if I could get just a cleaning then and was told I would need an appointment for that as well. So, not sure how much time was allotted for this appointment, but I was out of there within 20 minutes. I feel I could have at least gotten a cleaning which he had indicated might have helped with the tooth which was causing pain. So I'm still in need of a cleaning and to address the three issues I went in with. Nothing accomplished.

They have reasonable payment options,I was a little late to an appointment they still took me in and I was able to make a same day appointment while I was there for a cleaning they understood what I wanted done,fast but effective I came in wanting my teeth looking better they told me how I’d get there step by step I’m loving Roy dental very glad I picked them To handle my needs and wants !
