This appointment was actually a “do over” due to someone else’s emergency that caused scheduling to run long/off that day at the office. Not only did Dr. Udell call and leave a nice/apologetic voicemail - today they took me right back and had the procedure run quickly. The staff is genuine and cares and did everything they could to make it right - glad places like this exist.

All of my experiences at Woodland Dental have been so positive. Dr. Hansen is so kind and takes time to talk to you about all your options. He and his team helped me feel comfortable with some recent procedures and he even went out of his way to help me out when a crown was cracked during a procedure. I would definitely recommend this office.

By far the worst dentist office I have ever been too. Went in for a filling they left it too high so I had to go back. When I went back they told me the filling was too close to my root and now need a root canal. It was a initially a small cavity that shouldn't have been an issue.

Dr. Hansen is exceedingly professional, thorough, and caring. As always, he made sure to inquire about my family and how things were going in general. He fixed the three surface cavities that I was in for and found and fixed a problem that was hidden beneath a filling from a previous dentist. Very knowledgeable and kind. All of the staff there are wonderful and friendly. I have been going to Dr. Hansen since he opened his practice, and I highly recommend the team at Woodland Dental.
