I initially had a great experience at Woodland Dental, the dentist did and excellent job and was very thorough. After discussing what work needed to be done, I asked for the cost of the work and paid upfront. Fast forward a few months, I receive a bill for an additional $100. I called the office and the woman who answered told me the insurance had denied one of the charges. I called the insurance and they stated that they had not denied anything. Again, I call the dental office but this time the woman who answers tells me they must have looked at the wrong insurance schedule when they initially billed me and it's my responsibility to pay the difference. To me this is complete dishonesty. Unfortunately it's too late to go elsewhere and I'm forced to pay to protect my credit. I certainly will not return, despite Dr. Hansen being a great dentist.

I broke a tooth on Christmas Eve 2018. I tuffed it out until the day after Christmas and Dr. Hansen and Laura came in on their day off to fix it. That was amazing! I was so grateful they were willing to do that because I was in a bit of pinch. Thank you for the excellent care and concern!!!

My son broke his tooth on a camp out on Saturday. I called Dr. Hansen when my son got home that day, and within ten minutes we were in his office fixing it, and in less than an hour, back home as if nothing had happened! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hansen and his staff! Thank you so much!!
