Always a very good experience! Dr. Elder and staff are so pro patient. Friendly, happy and kind, and honest, I totally appreciate that in a healthcare provider!

These people are amazing. I’ve always had bad experiences with dentist and as I got older I stopped going to the dentist due to anxiety. Eventually I needed a lot of help because it’d been way to long. I was super embarrassed but I needed to find a dentist before everything was too late to fix. I found this office online and I’m so grateful I did. The dentist (Scott Elder) is fantastic. He’s incredibly laid back and has an attitude that nothing is a big deal and can fix it. Never once did he make me feel guilty or dumb for waiting as long as I did. And it’s not just him that is this way…..his entire staff is amazing kind and seems to genuinely want to help people get dental help (whatever their situation is). I’ve since moved to Idaho but I can’t help but drive to Salt Lake when I need work done. These people are amazing. Seriously helpful and do good work.

Dr. Elder and his staff are THE best. He is a perfectionist about his work and his expectations of his crown maker. His hygienists are excellent. His office staff is professional and makes you feel like a valued patient.

Dr. Elder is a great guy. He seems to really connect with his patients, I wish I could say the same about his office staff. They are rude and unprofessional, no customer service skills whatsoever. As a customer you won’t like the service all the time especially after going to that clinic even before Dr. Elder took over. But the staff get mad and upset with you and start going back and forth and giving you attitude. They misinformed me on insurance coverage and then proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility at the end of the day, so I stopped going to the clinic. Now that I have a big bill with them I try to call them to pay and I get attitude and yelling on the other line by his staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I love this team at Salt Lake Dental Clinic!!! From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed with a friendly and professional staff before quickly being taken back to get your dental work started. I cannot stress enough in words how impressed we are with Dr. Elder (and his knowledgeable and highly skilled assistants) and how he has transformed the smile of my 17 year old daughter. Due to a childhood accident she broke out her front teeth and has anxiously awaited her "new" teeth for years!. Dr Elder has made certain that she received the perfect teeth, including returning the first set as he did not think they were exactly the right look, as well as putting a rush on the process to ensure she would be all finished before a big vacation. She now has the gorgeous smile she's been waiting for!!! Love love love these guys!

Best dentist experience ever! It was such a great place very friendly and the hygienist was amazing and cleaned my teeth and explained everything she was doing. the dentist was very nice and good bed side manner and listened to my concerns about my teeth and what was bothering me and we set up a plan to fix everything. The staff was so nice to me I will continue to keep going to this dental facility.

I love Dr Elder. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. When I leave his office, I leave feeling confident. He has such a way of making you feel like your teeth are one in a million, even when you don't think so. Definitely check out this dental office. Everyone is so friendly and the environment is very welcoming. I love coming here!

Everyone in the office is very friendly I am usually scared to death to go to the dentist office. When I spoke to the dentist it almost felt like a long time friend. I never got nervous one time this was the best experience at a dentist office that I've ever had in my 60 years. The dentist was very informative of the procedures that I need. The insurance program that they have is very affordable. It was a great environment. I am very pleased and feel most fortunate to find such a great dentist.

Going to the dentist isn't exactly a "good time". Most people don't want to go unless they absolutely have to. That would be me. I'm glad I did go and I went to the right place. The staff is extremely kind, very patient and very informative. They seem restless in their pursuit of comfort and relaxation of their patients. The prices are a lot better than I expected as well. Dr Elder was amazing. He's got a GREAT attitude and he definitely knows his craft. It didn't take long at all to do what he had to do and it was completely painless. My past experiences with other dentists have been horrid in comparison. If you are in need of dental work I highly recommend Salt Lake Dental Clinic. You will not be disappointed.

Great staff super friendly and helpful. Dr Scott Elder is the most genuinely caring, smart, friendly guy you’re ever going to meet. It’s not like a regular dentist office visit it feels like you’re just hanging out with friends.
