AAA+ Dr. Allred did an excellent job and took the extra time to ensure I left happy. Same day extraction and post with temporary custom built flipper. Office staff and dental staff were super helpful and accommodating/welcoming. Office even took time to check in on me after hours the day of my procedure, definitely above and beyond. If you are looking for a great dentist, this place is it!

I have had very poor/traumatizing experiences with past dentists so finding a dentist I feel safe with is quite the challenge. I can confidently say I am so grateful I found SLC dental - the entire staff is extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Allred is so patient, so gentle & talks you through each step. I had to get four crowns done and I genuinely can say I didn’t feel any pain during the procedures & I felt fully supported by the staff. I can’t recommend them enough!

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect considering I found a link to SLC Dental via a random add... but WOW! Everyone there is so kind and helpful. Questions answered promptly, fully, and non-condescending when we didn't know what was going on. Friendly to the point of family type atmosphere.
The dental work that was done turned out to be WAY above and beyond all of my expectations and I am SO glad we chose SLC Dental for it!

Even with all the options from high end too low for whatever you need done beyond a routine checkup, there is ZERO pressure for what you want or don't want.
They just give you all options, give great advice and opinions, and let you choose. That's it. No pressure.
I'll definitely be going there for any of my family or my own dental matters every time.
I'll definitely be recommending SLC Dental to everyone I know that needs some work done whether it's extensive or basic. )

I absolutely love this place. If I could give it 6/5 stars I would! I’ve had quite a few dental emergencies and SLC Dental is so compassionate and understanding.
I’ve had problems with one of my front teeth since I was 8; cracked and broken off all the way to the root. This lead to sensitivity issues and constant follow up visits to redo my crown with my old dentists. I went through 8 dentists until I found SLC Dental.
I met Dr. Palmer and Dr. Allred from another bicycle wreck that messed up both front teeth even more and now I get compliments all the time that my smile looks amazing and nobody can tell that my two front teeth are crowns. Best of all I haven’t had any problems with any of my crowns and my teeth feel great.
Most recently I had a filling fall out for the 2nd time (due to it being a tricky place for a filling) on a Monday. I was in by Wednesday evening and the crew stayed late in order to get me situated. I cannot express my appreciation enough! I recommend absolutely everybody here to either Dr. Palmer or Dr. Allred!

Finding a great dentist can be challenging and luckily I was introduced to Dr. Palmer and Dr. Allred. I've been a patient for years (thanks to a recommendation from my sister). I generally go to Dr. Palmer's office for my regular dental cleanings; however, over the years I have had other procedures done, beginning with Invisalign and then later three crowns. I am a very nervous dental patient, however, both Dr. Palmer and Dr. Allred put me at ease. Most recently I needed two crowns put in thanks to extremely old cracked silver fillings. I was very nervous (two crowns on the same side in the same day...yikes!). However, Dr. Allred did an AMAZING job! Seriously, the drilling went smoothly and the greatest thing....they make the crowns in house so you do not need to leave with a temporary crown and then find time in your schedule to come back and get the permanent installed. Nope, the procedure was done all in one day and I was good as new. Everything about the experience was perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer's and Dr. Allred's office.

I'm sooooo impressed with SLC Dental and Dr. Allred. I went in with a broken tooth. I thought it was going to be a problem because it was in the back and tight with other tooth. Dr. Allred assessed the situaion. He showed my pictures of the broken tooth and the location. He educated me and it was so close to the nerve, we thought I would need a root canal. He was amazing and carefully fitted me for a crown and we didn't have to do the root canal after all. They were upront about the cost and what my insurance covered. I was told to come back after an hour and they put my permanent crown on. I couldn't believe it! I got everything done in about 3 hours. I can't even tell I had any work done. It fits PERFECT! I have received calls to check on my crown and to see if the tooth was still feeling good. I would recommend Dr. Allred 100%! It was the BEST experience I have had! Thank you Dr. Allred and his team for a GREAT experience! They are so knowledgable and care so much about you and your comfort. Thanks again!

I am 60 years old, to say I have had experiences with bad dentists is an understatement. From the first visit I had with TJ I realized I had found what I had needed for a long time now. He was patient, he took the time to find out my needs, and what I wanted from the experience. Then he plotted out multiple choices and walked me thru each of them. I was scared but he is amazing, gentle, patient and calming. I feel so lucky to have a smile I can be proud of. Thanks to Dr TJ Allred. I smile more and will continue to see him for all my dental needs.

I came to the office with a treatment plan from another doctor. I explained my situation and Dr. Allred was honest about it and offered me a treatment that fitted better. Highly recommend.
